Conforming to British Standards BS7499 and BS7984 Codes of Practice you can trust us to give you peace of mind whilst you are away from your property. With your permission we will safeguard a set of your keys and be there when you need us. Whether your keys are lost, forgotten or stolen you can be assured that we hold on to your extra set of keys in one of our monitored vehicles with coded and lockable key cabinets.We also offer response to alarm activations for those properties already fitted with an intruder alarm. We connect your alarm to our back up protected monitoring station and will deal with any emergency according to your requirements. When an alarm goes off one of our officers will arrive on site as soon as possible and perform internal and external checks of the property. Our officer will remain on site until the premises are fully secured.

 

Mobile Security

That's where we can help as we can supply manned security to be on hand and move with you throughout to give you complete peace of mind. Our Mobile Patrol service provides a complete low cost security solution ensuring stability and continuity of business. The spot checks provided by our mobile patrol service prevent criminal activity, as there is no pattern to when our officers patrol the building. Our guards perform regular external and/or internal mobile patrols, and opening and closing premises, as well as attending to alarm activations. Our mobile patrols are a highly effective visual and physical deterrent, used to move unauthorised people off site and deter theft. We can devise internal and external patrol routes to act as an effective deterrent, and these will be carried out randomly, so that the pattern of patrols remains ambiguous for any unwanted visitors. Our fully trained, SIA licensed mobile patrol officers wear the highly recognisable Halo FM uniform and drive our liveried vehicles, which again act as a strong visual deterrent to unauthorised people on site, therefore, reducing the likelihood of theft and vandalism. As well as deterring criminal activity, mobile patrols alert our Licensed Officers to the threat of fire, flood or other damaging incidents.  We can also provide a regular check-in service of your buildings so if you don't need 24/7 manned presence we can drop in every 2 hours to check everything is secure. This provides a very affordable security service for your business.

Retail Security

Our officers are perfectly suited to the retail environment and are selected on their customer services and communicational skills. Our Security Officers are fully uniformed enabling them to stand out amongst the crowd as a figure of authority. Our Security Officers are trained to integrate with the internal staff and work alongside store management. Our personnel are fully trained in all types of radio interlink systems, security tagging devices and undercover surveillance.
Providing a visual deterrent, First Aid, store emergencies, suspicious customer behaviour and monitor store entrances and exit points are a few of the many duties that our Security Officers are assigned to. Customer service training is given to all Retail Security Officers as they often are the first point of call when entering a store.
Our security consultants work with you to create bespoke security service solutions that meet all your specific store requirements. These range from loss prevention training for your employees to providing undercover officers or covert camera systems to tackle internal theft.
